Yea, not using mine to find a job. I didn't know if it was any good for networking and bringing in new business.

I usually use it to look up my interviewer, have to log out first though.

Ehh, don't be a puss. They probably expect you to do that anyway, so I can't imagine it could hurt you if they know you did. If anything, I'd be pissed to think you wouldn't.

I work for a big company and it is useful to connect to people in the company and sales reps that call on me

It's damn handy for people I hardly know who have never been my client "endorsing" me for a "skill" I haven't utilized in 10 yrs. It is also good for annoying email notifications of people I don't know that know people I do know wanting to "connect" with me. Otherwise it's been pretty fricking useless to me.
