If they want it to be a "Coastal City" they sure could make Lake P more accessible and add something to the cement wall front. That whole seawall is sparse. They have the tiny west end area but that mostly overlooks the harbor and not Lake P itself.

I have never thought of New Orleans as "coastal". Need a seashore to be a coastal city. The bank of a lake or river is not a seashore. However, i see why others say it is.
