A is normally worse and generally hits earlier.

I think a gust of wind gave me AIDS.

I think my chest has 4lbs. of boogers in it.

man, this makes me cringe. I have been shaking hands with a hundred or so people every day recently...I am honestly not sure how I haven't caught anything from someone.

I had strep and an upper respiratory infection last week. 30 year old with two pitre dishes of germs in tow.

Felt like flu but throat was intensely sore. I definitely knew it was one or the other but went to doctor to confirm.

ETA: came on out of nowhere. Fever stayed around 102-102.5 and 100.5 with ibuprofen and Tylenol. Terrible muscle and body aches.

Sounds like you need a shot of penisillen! Or you've already had one!

My kid had 100+ temp for three days and tested negative for both, some other shite going around.

Schools have been closed in Texas due to so many kids being out sick.

DFW stating this is the worst flu season "ever".

Most pediatricians aren’t testing for either and are just writing scripts for antibiotics and tamiflu

Had strep twice and usually the dead giveaway was a throat that felt like it was on fire, not just sore.

The giveaway for me that it wasn't flu was when I started peeing blood. That'll get your attention; and it's not unusual with strep.

I had to bump this thread to say, I coughed up something that probably needed a birth certificate.

Or at the very least deserved to be buried.

That is all.
