Why do P90X? Are you not able to go to the gym?

every time you workout, eat a half dozen cupcakes. The body will be in conversion mode, meaning all fat intakes will be immortarized into muscle.

K cool. It was a legit question and had no ill intent. Yes you can gain weight while doing P90X. As long as you eat in surplus and use the heaviest weight bearable, you will progress towards your goal.

My question was really aimed at telling you that going to the gym and lifting with compound movements will get you quicker gains.

I am curious why how much fat he has to lose has bearing on whether on not he will gain weight.
