What pisses me off more than anything about insurance is that you could not have a speeding ticket or wreck in 20 years and they are only gonna reduce you to just so much regardless of whether or not you are a driving risk.
I think after a certain number of years, you deserve to pay very little for insurance if you have no blemishes

Yes. If you don’t have a drivers license they won’t give you insurance.

They will give anyone a policy.
The moneymaker is the policy financing setup that fully pays the premium but the person almost always cancels within a month either for nonpayment or because they just wanted the card.

are you not aware its required by law?
when its required by law, it is also required by law that they offer coverage to you, albeit at their own pricing discretion, so it can become relatively unaffordable, but its still available.
