Why would you allow your dog to eat boudeen? If you want to give them a treat, give them some boiled crayfish.

You just made everyone south of I10 cringe

Boudin is a superfood.

Easily digestible carbs cooked in meat broth with organ meats.

No just a guy that owns a vet clinic.
I just learned that dogs are not immune to Giardia.

I just assumed they were since they drink water from anywhere and never seems to bother them.

I don't know what kind of dogs you guys have, or where they're from, but mine eat anything and everything. We caught our lab eating the heads and claws after a crawfish boil (out of the trash bag he tore open). Must have consumed a pound of that and never missed a beat.
My rat terriers will kill squirrels, tear them to pieces, and eat most of them before you can get out of the house. No problem at all.

That's because you have dogs. They have these weird overly sensitive medicated allergic to fricking dander and God knows what twats.

The consequences of my dog eating all of that last night is that today when he ate all of the fat from the ribeye I had for lunch he took a massive shite 10 minutes later

When I get boudin, I was make sure that I have enough for my dog. Sharing with him makes me feel like less of a fat frick eating 2 links when I shared some with him

My dog eats everything I give him-chicken & Turkey bones, steak bones, rib bones, pork chop bones, whole crawfish & shrimp, and pork for sure so, no, boudin will not hurt him unless he does not have a well rounded diet.
Scientific America just had a great article that stated gut health of dogs that ate table scraps and bones were healthier than dogs just fed dry dog food.
