Carpooling with coworker and dips but has a habit of either spitting in a cup or bottle. If he doesn't have access to that he opens door or spits out window. Could care less what he does in his vehicle but in my vehicle it bothers me.

You shouldn't be carpooling with a dipper or a smoker. They need to ride with their own kind.

As someone who chews tobacco, I always ask if I can chew in another persons vehicle or house.
