To be fair anonymous internet posters probably have a higher baseline of honesty than EWE.
Actually OP after I logged off i felt like saying that all kidding aside, I don't know how you are going to be able to force a resolution. People are going to be assholes on here but me nor most of them know what its like to have to search out for something like that. As some said earlier, you don't want it to turn in to an obsession and have it take up more time of your life than necessary. Good luck.
