Is Brad Parscale the ultimate rags-to-riches story of the early 21st century?

I love Trump but Brad Parscale rubs me the wrong way. He's the head of the campaign and he looks like a homeless man. Groom yourself a little.

Sounds pretty 'swampy' to me.

He will probably end up under investigation at some point down the line for something or the other. I hope he has sense enough to hide a chunk of it.
