My buddy is proprietor of one in colorado... and an old friend works for their corporate office here in fl. Must've been early feb when i saw them both, since the one was back in state for the corporate retrat in orlando. I've heard nothing of them folding. Worst i heard was my buddy was pissed cause his store was basically capped out by a shitty parking lot design, that they share with multiple other stores. His numbers were solid. Got another buddy who runs the one in augusta, ga lol. Depends on one week a year for his figures. Between the 3, have heard nothing about the company tanking. I could be wrong af though

Every Bonefish I've been to has been very good. Surprised to see so many dislike them.

Bloomin' Brands — the parent company of Bonefish Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar — recently announced that it will be closing dozens of underperforming locations this year.
Florida-based Bloomin' Brands will close 43 of about 1,500 locations across the country by the end of 2017.
The news was announced in the company's quarterly earnings release, which said sales at Bloomin' Brands restaurants decreased 3.5 percent in the fourth quarter of 2016 and 1.9 percent for all of 2016.
The closures will not impact any of the company's 22 Louisiana restaurants, according to Cathie Koch, vice president of corporate communications for Bloomin' Brands.
Outback has locations in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Shreveport, Bossier City, Monroe, West Monroe, Covington, Gonzales, Houma, Jones Creek, Marrero, Metairie and Slidell.
Carrabba's has locations in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Metairie and Shreveport.

Bone Fish is one of the few chains I will eat at. Only been a few times but food and atmosphere was good each time. I'm prettty sure bang bang shrimp will be served in heaven. Of course living in Asheville, this is foodie paradise so going to a chain is almost a cultural sin here.

My mom and my daughter ate at Bonefish in Baton Rouge last night actually. The kid said it was good. I didn't even ask what they got.
