I love being in great physical condition and I encourage everyone to get out there and work your body. Having been in the military for over 20 years, I think a certain level of swole is excellent, as long as it's functional and doesn't impede movement, agility or stamina.

The meatheads that can't turn their neck close to 45 degrees are a caricature. But if that's what they want to do, whatever.

I can't lift like I used to but still do plenty of strength, core and cardio work.

I don’t think men in their 40s and 50s should be juicing their T to that of a pubescent teenager. Not everyone on trt does that, but it happens very often

Low T has some pretty terrible effects on your mental health. If you’re sub 300 you should probably be on something, even if it’s enclomiphene

Haha, you sound like you're just as big a bitch as the OP.

I get it, you need an excuse to tell yourself whenever you see someone bigger than you and they start making you feel insecure. "Pfft, I wouldn't wanna be that big. Pfft, I'd be so much bigger than them if I was willing to destroy my life with steroids"

It's pitiful, but whatever works for ya.

Encountered a junior level employee this morning in the kitchen mixing up some protein/creatine concoction. I asked as I was heating up my green tea.

Later today you will have some cheese and wine. Then you will feed the pigeons some organic bread that you have in a ziplock bag in your pocket. Finally, you will read your boyfriend poems during commercial breaks while watching CNN news.

How would you know what the test levels of men in their 40s or 50s? Everyone’s body reacts differently. I’ve seen people on pellets that you’d think were taking 600mg Test a week.

Even a low dose of Test C 100 mg/week has pretty profound effects for some and not as much for others.

Well same as you I guess in that I don’t “know” other than the testimonials will be “go to X clinic, my T is 1300 now”

It’s easy to understand that you have an opinion on what other men should and shouldn’t do, yes.

The Stigma around TRT needs to die.

That’s who I’m talking about. I’m not talking about a super fit athletic build. I’m talking about people who are clearly to anyone who has eyes carrying more mass than their frame has the natural potential to carry. You’re saying dudes ripped up off tren don’t have negative health effects?
