My gf lives in Conway. I'd have no problem moving here. The river and lakes are 5 minutes away. Her family has hunting land 30 minutes away that borders the refuge. An hour in any direction gives a different scenery. There's nothing not to like about this state.

Yes. NWA is pretty solid. It gets too cold for too long is my main gripe.

The only part I’d consider. It exceeded my expectations. Such a nice area from what I saw. Fayetteville is a cool college town. I can see why kids from Tx decide to go there rather than Lubbock Austin or college station
