Prosecution with the Mike drop with this GM/Onstar data.

Hauling arse to and from Almeda after the murders.

Confirms he was at Almeda only 20 minutes.

Also coordinates the path/timing of Maggie’s phone.

Defense about to come back with...

The truck location data shows Alex's truck was at the house at the time the Maggie's phone's last orientation change per the phone data (assuming that orientation change happened the time Maggie's phone was dumped along the side of the road)

This is the last prosecution witness unless something comes out on cross that requires another one.

I heard of this story a while back on a 20/20, but recently started the Murdaugh Murder's Podcast and I can't stop listening. I'm not following the trial too much, I just gotta catch up.

AM phone didn’t move from 8:09 until 9:02, at which time it travelled very quickly (70 steps per minute) for 283 steps

During this time MM phone backlight coming on and off, called by Alex and orientation changes.

Seconds later AM phone connects to suburban.and suburban leaves property.

Q: "Once AM arrived at the kennels in his suburban, how long before he called 911?"

A: "Less than 20 seconds."

And AM said he checked the bodies, picked up Paul's phone, checked pulses......it's physically not possible for him to do that in less than 20 seconds.

Has a time and speed and where breakout.
The speeds on the "fifteen minute" drive to and from his Mother's

quote:

Murdaugh left for his mother’s house at 9:07 p.m., less than 20 minutes after prosecutors estimated the murders occurred. He passed the spot where Maggie’s phone was later found, the prosecutors noted, then accelerated to an average of 52 miles per hour on the 15-minute drive to Almeda, hitting highs of 74 miles per hour.

quote:

Murdaugh arrived at his mother’s house at 9:22 p.m., then started his car again at 9:43 p.m., but prosecutors noted he idled at the home for more than a minute. He arrived back at the house at Moselle at 10 p.m., reaching a maximum speed of 80 miles per hour on the way back.

Way to save minutes on a fifteen minute drive, Alex.

He has lied to clients and stole money.

He tried to interfere with the boat case investigation.

He lied about his nap and was at the kennels minutes before the murder.

He tried to get Smith to say he was at his mothers longer than 20 minutes.

Tried to get Blanca to change or say he had a different shirt on.

Lied about the roadside shooting.

Now, it looks like he lied about checking Paul and Maggie.

He can rot in hell. Horrible, despicable human trash. I've watched practically the entire trial thus far. I got worried a few days ago. Then this defense lawyer went crazy this morning. They are grasping at anything. Also the bomb threat. I'm willing to bet he was behind that too.

I agree, I hope he rots in hell! POS!!!
After all of this evidence, the jury has got to find him guilty.

I have heard from several attorneys say that juries don’t like attorneys being a bully and bullying witnesses. The Judge doesn’t like that neither. Poot has been very disrespectful towards several witnesses during this trial. Especially towards LE witnesses.

On another note, Poot said in his opening statement that the defense doesn’t have to prove anything. After these last couple of days, I think they are backed into a corner and put themselves in a situation where they have to explain his lying. They will not win this battle.

I wouldn’t say that so quickly… we have yet to hear anything from the defense. Nobody was convinced until maybe a couple of days ago. Now it breaks 70/30 in favor of guilt. That can always be changed with a great defense.

I.e.- Casey Anthony trial

We’ll see.

Prosecutors were finishing their case with a detailed to-the-second, 43-page color-coded timeline of everything that happened with the cellphones of Murdaugh, his wife and son during the six hours leading up to and after their deaths. Murdaugh's phone settings didn't record specific location data, but a cellphone can be more generally located each time it reaches out to a cellphone tower. As a result, agents were able to obtain proximate locations for Murdaugh's phone, but not exactly where the device moved around the property.

The timeline includes the 16 minutes between when investigators think Paul Murdaugh was killed at close range with two shotgun blasts and Maggie Murdaugh was shot four or five times with a rifle — because their cellphones stopped being used at that point — and when the GPS data in his SUV showed Murdaugh left the home to visit his ailing mother

Was the following Defense Head Lawyer setting up for a mistrial?
quote:

Earlier Friday, defense lawyer Dick Harpootlian, for the first time in front of the jurors, mentioned that Murdaugh has been held in jail without bail for nearly two years and won't walk free even if he is found not guilty of murder because of all the other crimes he is charged with, ranging from stealing from clients and his family law firm to money laundering to tax evasion.

“Was he indicted on 90 charges of financial fraud for which he faces life without parole?” Harpootlian asked another state agent.

Prosecutors objected and the judge sustained it,
meaning jurors are supposed to ignore the question. But it was already out there.
