It's a fair question. I think the answer is that it will help you/educate you on pretty much any subject you want. Even if you aren't building apps or having it code existing projects, you can use it to help you with decision making. For the average person, you should learn to leverage it in everyday life. Ask it pretty much anything you would normally ask google. That's a good place to start. Honestly, I think a lot of people already do this, but I would suggest you work on it by constantly learning to prompt better.

A short lived construction project does not equal "working class jobs" ,long term. Of course the union wants it, they are making bank , right now.

Sure it does. Buildings needs managers, maintenance, supplies, etc.
