Mall of Louisiana is the black mall now, Lakeside is actually flourishing though.

Lakeside's fate is going to depend on what happens to Clearview Mall on their next round of renovations IMO

I still can't believe they let that eyesore just sit there for years, but I guess it is kind of a fitting symbol for the west side of Akron.
