My post was about the thought that freedom of speech means that you can say anything, anywhere. It clearly doesn't.
You absolutely can say anything you want. There are consequences, but no one owns words, or sounds that come out your mouth.
If a word hurts your feelings you need to express that, but don’t turn around and use it in every sentence after.
It’s an attempt at holding something over white people is all it is. It’s a self-created right that Blacks think they can react in any manner towards a white person if the word is used. They can not; but media and ignorant people alike tend to support it.
The fact of the matter is you can not physical harm someone because they said something you don’t like. People can be mean. Learn to control your emotions. The world is tough, grow up, put a helmet on, whatever, but don’t put your hands on someone over it.
Regardless of everything, if you knock someone out, walk away, take your trophy or ego and move on.
In this case, it was so malicious, he doesn’t deserve to be amongst civilized humans. He’s an animal and belongs in a cage.

The only reason you think this is because, as the proverbs tells us, “fools despise wisdom and instruction.” And being that it’s established fact you are very much a fool, you fit this to a tee. The problem though is you’re too stupid to realize you’re a fool.

Edge West apts according to google is 0.9 miles from sky bar, hard to believe he followed them home without them knowing. Given they were probably drunk, but still.
I'm not very familiar with the auburn apts these days as there are so many new ones and remodeled ones, so I can't confirm the location just by the video.

7 pages in and still no real update on the perp or arrest?

It’s conceivable this guy gets off with relatively nothing if Alabama has similar stand your ground laws as Florida.

Per a decision released to the public via records request, Broward County judge Fabienne E. Fahnestock ruled in favor of Schilling in an April 19 filing. Florida’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ law was used for the ruling, which states that an individual can use deadly force if he or she “reasonably believes that using or threatening to use such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony.”

If they were treated and released from the hospital, then the prior comments in this thread making it seem like the guy has permanent brain damage and it’s an attempted murder case are retarded.
This is a FAFO situation.

How do you think “stand your ground” laws would apply when the perp (1) stalked this guy from a bar and (2) instigated the assault and (3) continued to assault him even after he was obviously unconscious?
Walk me though the thought process that lead you to such an insanely stupid conclusion.

No, the mutual fighting back and forth is standing your ground.
It’s not against the law to walk anywhere or merely follow anyone.
