But one 24-year-old IT worker in Jakarta, Indonesia, recently decided he had a better idea for how to pass the time. He hacked into the nearest electronic billboard and streamed hardcore Japanese porn for frustrated commuters to communally watch in horror, according to The Daily Mail.

Well, this sucks for the guy

What would probably just pass as a hilarious prank in America became a serious crime in uber-conservative Indonesia, where access to porn sites is blocked. Police arrested the hacker, who could face up to 12 years in jail, according to the BBC.

The quote from the article saying it's a prank it crazy. That's not a prank, it's serious stuff. That's deserves jail. If you chose to watch porn in the privacy of your home, it's your freedom so have at it. But to subject that to young children is unacceptable. If you're 20 yrs old you'll think it's ok, but when you pass in your minivan and have children you'll think differently. If you think it's ok to let your young children see this without you being upset I won't argue with you and surely no one can help you. But there will be problems further down the road when children are expose to this at the wrong age.

He does not need years in prison but he should be punished more than a small fine.

That would be funny to me if I was in the car alone or with my wife. However, if I had small kids....not cool.

If your kid(s) have access to the internet they’ll see porn way before you “allow” it.

Chill out. Your kids are gonna see tranny porn creampies before you even think they know curse words.

It's sex. Everybody does it. Get over it. We're way to anal (no pun intended) about sex in this country, yet nobody says shite about all the violence on TV.

Smart enough to hack into the video billboard, but not smart enough to cover his tracks.

Must not have been "boy love Thursday". Muslims love their "boy love Thursdays". But their prophet was a pedophile so I guess that makes it ok.
