Incident at Covington High today

Anyone have kids that go there? Apparently the school was on lockdown because a kid slit his throat. I don't know if there is truth to that or just gossip.

I dont have kids there, but I heard the same.

What does this have to do with anything? Where did I say I was better than you? I am, but it has nothing to do with the conversation and neither did your boyfriend O's comment. I was just pointing out that while Covington is your eyes is trash, Mandeville high has its own issues and instead of pointing your freaking nose in the air you might want to look right in front of you.

All jokes aside - I hope this kid survived and can find the help he needs. He has his whole life ahead of him and life is a lot bigger than whatever problems he has in high school (most likely being stuck at Covington High).

It's always sad to hear a teenager commit or even try to commit suicide. Of course that kid could be dealing with mental issues, but there is usually a trigger.. And it just makes you wonder.. Exactly what these kids could be dealing with.
