Been to Green Bay 3 times for work and to the Saints 2011 game.
Can confirm more Bars are open on Sundays than restaurants. Place is a drunken northern version of Lafayette minus the hot sluts and good food.

That being said, Madison is an incredible place to live....8 months out of the year. The rest of the time, you just have to put on a heavy coat and spend all your free time drinking so you don't care. The talent up here isn't quite the South, but you're gonna get plenty of hot women in any college town in the country.
