I still like the Herman Miller mesh-type chairs. Stay cool during the summer, offer good support, and are totally configurable to make you comfortable.

I have a Herman Miller Aeron. Its fantastic compared to the leather padded ones, imo.

If you're more concerned with comfort and posture than the traditional boss chair look, this has been my chair for years. Everything, and I mean everything is adjustable.
Damn thing aint cheap though.
