Funny you should mention parents, apparently 70% of black women are single mothers,I guess that's the white mans fault also

We all do...power is being shared every day. Blacks, Asians, Latinos, Indians, etc...we have all been pitching and everyone is represented in all walks of life. I mean we just had a black president :shrugs:

My people were targeted in the way you mention, but they didn't become criminals, they opened diners. For many of them that was pretty much their only choice.

Dysfunction in the black family started in the 60's about the time civil rights legislation was passed and the war on drugs started.

Not gonna quote you’re whole story but do you think they lease was rescinded and moved next door because of skin color, or because that land owner had connections?

I don't know, what do you think? the deal was all but done, they wouldn't benefit any from moving the drilling site over.

I’m sure you’ll argue those connections were made available because he was white. Guess it’ll always be whiteys fault when things don’t work out

the fact that you don't even consider that could be the case tells me, well I'm not sure exactly.

Didn't you say something about white people at the dinner table talking about blacks earlier?

Now Imagine you're a white Landman in the deep south in the late 60's. You could give a substantial amount of wealth to a black family or a white family. What do you do?

I'll just leave you with this: My family owns several hundred acres in east tx. there is a white family that has land adjacent to ours and shares lots the same borders. My grandfather had this land surveyed in '69 for oil. a lease was drawn, terms agreed upon, etc. The landman went to the courthouse one day to check the borders and finalize drafts, etc. The landowners adjacent to ours just happened to have a cousin who was a judge. Before my gf signed they rescinded the offer and terms agreed upon. Later that year the same company had working wells on the property adjacent to ours and still do to this day.

i mean... this isn't really a racial story. these things happen to less connected white people every single day.

Wait, so the deal got given to someone because they knew someone in the courthouse?

Am I reading this rigjt?

FWIW I think the time for this anti-white stuff is passing. Everywhere I look I see woke whites.

The tide has already turned.

This sounds like a connected person.

Doesn't sound racial.

Black 2 parent homes outpaced white 2 parent homes in the 60s

The other landowners son grew up with my dad and admitted long ago it was racial. It was 1969, people used the N-word in casual conversation down here. are you kidding me?

Time to change the story, I’m a victim...we’re all victims. Pretty pathetic.
