The Battle of Tours isn't what people think of when they think of the crusades
That's because Tours didn't happen during the Crusades. It was fought centuries earlier as a culminating conflict in response to muzzie aggression against Europe - aggression that began almost immediately after the "religion" was founded.

So you're saying the only reason these guys are executing people is because they're Muslim, not some other stuff mixed in?

Correct. Their holy texts instruct them to spread Islam through whatever means necessary and outlines various ways in which they are allowed to deal with the unbelievers. Some Muslims are do-ers (they go out and do the dirty work) and others are supporters (funding, teaching, breeding) but they all have a common goal... the worldwide Islamic Caliphate.

Typical left/SJW/apologist response. If someone goes crazy and kills some people the first thing they want to know is if that person ever stepped foot in a church... RADICAL CHRISTIAN!!

Yup, the fact that the people who apprehended, arrested, tried and incarcerated these criminals were also Judeo-Christians apparently doesn't count.

For the "Hope and Change" crowd, let me spell it out for you so that even you can understand: The Judeo-Christian ethos is such that these violent radical types don't garner much widespread support in Western society. They are almost all solo actors or small groups. There aren't tens of thousands of armed Christian terrorists taking over whole countries and regions or toppling governments. Western society and governments snuff out this kind of activity within it's ranks - very forcibly if need be.

I keep waiting for these vast numbers of moderate Muslims that the modern-day Chamberlains and Daladiers keep assuring us are out there take forceful action to eliminate this cancer in their midst. Or is this silent acquiescence by the so-called moderates actually passive condoning of the violence?

You forgot the 2009 winner was Muslim too.

He is not Muslim. He was raised in Muslim schools and indoctrinated as a Muslim from the time he was small, thinking Muslim thoughts and dreaming their dreams.

He then moved to the US and joined a church that is disguised as Christian. It was actually a front for the long term ramblings of a racist lunatic.

And his grandmother says he was born in Kenya and that she was a witness.

I just watched some videos of hordes of Muslim gangs going around beating up nerdy German kids for fun. Made me fricking sick. I wish we could just nuke every single Muslim country.

Timothy McVeigh was raised Catholic, religion is toxic, all of it.

He was an agnostic at the time of the Oklahoma City bombing. What kind of logical pretzel do you need to blame a worldview for the actions of a person who explicitly rejected that worldview?

The world would be way better off without organized religion.

This. Islam is stuck 500 years in the past. It needs to be reformed just like Christianity had been hundreds of years ago.

What would we ever do in one of these threads without the assholes that bring up isolated incidents such as abortion clinic bombings and Tim McVeigh?

These assholes have gotten more mileage on that irrelevant bullshite than Vanilla Ice has on Ice Ice Baby.

They always seem like they think they made a point, though.

Bleeding hearts always hate the majority and feel for the minority. These threads always end with far left idealists deflecting.

As progressive as Christianity is. It still has it's deep dark secrets. Personally I tend to focus on how creepy Catholicism is as a whole.

Also, you have to factor location into modern Islam. It's a hell of a lot better to a devote muslim in the United States than in the Middle East.

Oh wow what an excellent example. I mean most groups of people have advanced in the last 1,000 years and all... but still an excellent example.

well, we do have the wack jobbers who have bombed abortion clinics and killed doctors, in the name of god.

recent enough?

Yea. That's totally comparable to ISIS, al Qaeda, 9/11, Bali, Luxor, the Iran Iraq war, Belgium, Paris... Should I go on?

The OT has been pretty relaxed about the religion talk lately.

It doesn't affect me. In fact, religion in general is something I read about on the news, and don't feel negative consequences in real life.

Muslims at one time were very advanced in math and sciences, and have regressed.
