Incarcerate them for long periods of time. I guarantee petty theft drops dramatically.

What pisses me off is gas stations in most city areas now have Out of Order signs and lock the bathroom knowing they work just fine. They have to do this to keep the catered to homeless and drug addicts from destroying them tho.
Nothing is worse than clinching until the last minute and damming up a wet turd just to see an ‘Out of Order’ sign on the bathroom door. I’ve taken three shits this year on the side of the road behind my truck door. Humbling feeling.

I’m watching this “Elway” mini-doc, and there are multiple shots of people in the stands at NFL games, with audio. The fans don’t even cuss. They’re yelling at Elway, calling him a sissy and similar things, but not cussing. You can’t even go to a convenience store these days without hearing multiple, random F-bombs. The presence of children isn’t even a consideration anymore.

Stopped off at Wal-Marks(I know, trashy) to get a simple can of spray paint.
A $3 can of spray paint, locked up. I couldn't find an attendant to open the case up.
Went to Home Depot and there was dozens of cans paint on the shelf.
