seems like overkill. does it take 8 cops to arrest one troublemaker? cop did a face plant just to knock someone off a hood. that's gonna be a great meme for years to come.

If one cop would've tried to make the arrest, people from the crowd would've started beating on the cop.
When you're arresting someone in these situations you have to do so quickly with numerical supremacy.
