Exactly what age do you think Millennials are? Chika is 22 making her Gen Z. Also 
at thinking CK is being run by people under 40. The vast majority of Millennials are middle management executing shite from their Gen X and Boomer bosses.

"Millennial" is practically just code for "queer young people" and not an actual age range anymore. I can't say I blame them too much given how true it is of people my age, but the term has lost most of its meaning as defining a generation
