This is the first picture that comes up when you google "Benton LA." It's more interesting than OP's sad alter attempt.

Looks as if the undocumented workers are preparing lunch on the worksite.

Join the club. While not raised there, I moved to Cypress Lake at the age of 20 and lived there for 12 years..

Tell me about Hampton. How long have you been there? What is the area like? We are contemplating a move and my husband would work remotely out of Hampton. We would have to live within an hour.

For years the only big house on the lake was Joe D. Waggoners. Richard Nixon actually came to Benton to visit in 1978.

The town itself is meh, but they have new schools, two lakes, and year around sports. The schools there are pretty good for public schools.

Whether you are who you say you are or not, you will soon find out that your opinion on anything will generate responses from absolutely stupid & juvenile to informative and helpful.
A lot of these posters are bored children that are hiding in their rooms pretending to be doing homework during school time.
Anyways...welcome!

Not alot here. Busch gardens is back open again. Buckroe beach, colonial williamsburg and Yorktown nearby. A few decent restaurants and the 2 biggest local schools are Hampton U and CNU.
