I am never going to change if I don't learn my lessons in a hard way. Too often seem to lose frame and let my emotions get the best of me when I get pissed off instead of just learning how to let it go and walk away. It's not like it happens every day or even every week but this is the 3rd time or so this year I have engaged with people who pissed me off instead of letting it go.

I fully expect my car to be vandalized in the next 48 hours in some form
