File a police report. Messing with you in your car prevents you from being able to utilize your vehicle which could be equivalent to auto theft depending on your local laws.
You'll probably end up with damage to your car. Empty it out. Put some cheap video cameras that upload to the cloud in there and park with apartment cameras around.
Conclusion: your car is going to be damaged but you may be able to get some dirt bags deported. Be a great American and get them deported. Tell them the wall just got higher. Fly stars and stripes from your balcony.
