Yeah he seems to start to come back to earth a bit as it goes on. Like he says he is not saying that those civilizations flew to the moon or anything just that they were obviously more than just hunter gatherers. I think he likes to go to the extreme with a lot of stuff when I am sure he knows its somewhere in between but thats not as fun.

It’s possible, even as a weekend offshore fisherman over 40-50 years I have seen some shite on water that’s unexplainable. I never meet an old mariner that didn’t have some stories to tell

How about: their tribes followed the coastline as it receded due to so much water being tied up in glaciers? Communities that built protected fortifications had plenty of time to do so, but as the seacoast again moved to cover the continental shelf, the evidence of those communities was drowned and lost.

Evidence: the Dogger Bank off the east coast of Great Britain.

I think the OP may be on to something. That would explain why most of the abduction events occur around or near water, like lakes and streams and such. It would also shield their advanced technology from detection because water is such an effective shield for all sorts of electromagnetic radiation.

And how would we even know? More than eighty percent of this vast, underwater realm remains unmapped, unobserved, and unexplored. That's according to the NOAA.

We are looking up and that's part of the cover up. They want us looking in the sky. It's obviously a deflection to keep us from scanning the oceans. An advanced civilization is playing us for fools.
