Yeah I know.... but he could have shot in his direction to scare the shite out of him. Or with a good lawyer, maybe he could say the guy told him he was coming back for him or some shite and he feared for his life.. IDK.. But if he heard a gunshot it would have at least scared the shite out of him.

Why? His post seems reasonable to me. Functional Blacks are the group most harmed by dysfunctional Black behavior. Be it crime in their communities, perceptions created for the group, the difficulty caused for them to show their achievements are not a result of affirmative action, etc.
The white community is much more insulated from dysfunctional Black behavior than functional Blacks.
