It's in Hillsborough county. No HOA fee and in a nice neighborhood. The same house in Tampa would cost over 200,000. I'm 18 miles from the beach and on the corner of I-4 and US 75.

its a bank repo...they are asking $139,000 for the house as is....it previously sold for $163,000 in 2008....

I plan on living here till the market gets up and eventually sell it for profit. This will be my primary residence though.
