Download Myfitnesspal app and make sure you hit your protein everyday. Don't waste your bulk by getting fat and never actually put on quality muscle.

A good cycle of Deca and Test-E should do the trick.

Serious question: Have you had your testosterone checked?

I've done some work with a group that has a lot of data showing that, if your androgens are not in line, bulking tends to just result in a bunch of fat gain.

It's important to still eat clean, if you want a good bulk and not just looking to get fat lol. Eat whole foods, quality meats.

Get some frozen 1/4 lb burger patties and cook 20 of them on sunday. You can use that as a quick and easy protein/fat source and it's pretty hard to get tired of eating burger patties. Burgers and eggs are your friends.

I tend to eat lots of burgers or burritos with low fat beef. Quick and easy and I never get tired of them. I use low carb wraps and low carb tortillas but I am trying to stay lean.

Mine has been about the same each day.

Breakfast: 3 eggs with goat cheese, two wheat toast, 3 slices of centercut bacon.

Snack: Shake with mass gainer, peanut butter, kale, spinach, a banana, strawberries, almond milk.

Lunch: Fish/Chicken/Pork/Lean ground sirloin, brown rice/quinoa, steamed Normandy vegetables.

Snack: Two potatoes sliced up into circular slices, drizzled with olive oil, sea salt and pepper, baked at 350 degrees till crispy.

Dinner: Fish/Chicken/Pork/Lean ground sirloin, brown rice/quinoa, steamed Normandy vegetables.

There are other dinners I do like TexMex where I cook a rack of babyback ribs, fat free refried beans and spanish rice and spaghetti night with high fiber whole wheat pasta, homemade tomato sauce, and lean ground sirloin or turkey.
