Don't let all these assholes bother you. Alot of jackasses will give you stupid answers. Take a look at the "number of posts" by people's names. Usually the more posts they have the more intelligence and Joie de vivre they have.
To answer your question:
If you have a premium membership and it's tied to your email and phone number, those arrows are very important. If someone wants to frick your anus hole then they would click the green arrow and it notifies the poster to get their anus ready. If you click the red arrow it means you're probably not into arse play but maybe like some hand stuff or some mouth stuff. Have fun with it!
