What are the green and red arrows for? I'm new and really just stumbled upon this forum by searching for a good auto repair shop in BR. I decided to post my own question since I figured you guys could be quite helpful. I may have accidentally hit the green arrow on some comments a few times not noticing then I figured I'd hit the red to "undo" it. Not sure what I did. Also why don't we get notified when someone posts a response? Maybe I'm getting confused with her Facebook? Have a great day! ??

I just bought a new car in April and someone backed into the rear fender a couple weeks ago. I took it to PDR to avoid bondo/painting but now it's worse as the guy couldn't access the damage easily. Can anyone suggest a reputable company. Idc about how long it takes, just want it done right.
