Sounds like you keep getting promoted to a level you can't handle. Next time, turn down that promotion to the management level and continue to exist happily at the level where you excel.

I've been homeless but I also never brought on the responsibility to have to take care of any children. It's easy as hell to bounce back when your only responsibility is you, but you are also much quicker to take stupid arse chances.

I have handled the management well. Problem is it's middle management when I get burned.

Agree, im cool with everyone until make it to management and then I start hearing people talk bad about me to my closer coworkers. This time I got stabbed in the back by a weasel.
