My elderly parents arrived one week ago. I've yet to sit in my chair and watch my tv. We're eating what they "can" have. 12 more days. Please pray for me. The TV blares because they both can't hear.

Wife's family Sunday, they are great, looking forward to it. Finally started feeling the Christmas spirit in the last 48 hours.
But then my family coming over for Christmas Day. Going to be painful. Awkward. Shitty. Will be drunk by noon.
But I see the light at the end of the tunnel. December 26 will be here in the blink of an eye. Just gotta keep it together.. like a bad acid trip... just keep it together keep it together... never doing acid again, never doing acid again....
Then do it again next year.
Cest le vie, Merry Christmas, where's the tylenol.

We all see each other maybe once a year. In his defense, my bro in law offered to stay in a hotel. I think he was planting a seed in my mind because it’s his turn to host next year
