Sadly, your rights are determined in a court of law, not on the street. This gives bad cops the right to abuse your rights on the street, and when they do they should be fired, but usually aren’t. It never makes sense to get into an adversarial encounter with the police, because your lawyer and the judge are not there to protect you. It’s best to choose to comply if the requests are innocuous instead of trying to prove a point and end up in jail.

I appreciate some of the guys who makes the videos, however there are one or two you can tell are just trying to bait the cops into an altercation. One creator I believe does it so he can sue and get paid.
