I have no problem people doing what they are allowed to do, especially when paid to do so.

If it is that much of a issue, then quit being a cheap frick and upgrade.

and you sound like an a-hole. if he has no where to go then he won't be able to recline. Im 6'4 and I assure you that he had no where to go.

I would like the function to be disabled

Airlines needs to quit bullshitting - there isn't room for that any longer

Tell him to upgrade.

You don't own the person's chair in front or behind you. Stop telling them what to do with it.

my biggest gripe was that it was Southwest and apparently it doesn't mean jack shite that I booked tickets a couple months before and booked exit rows because they just let you pick your seat an hour or two before and throw out what you booked anyway.

Used to there was reason to fly Southwest. They aren't the cheapest any longer and you get the experience of a cross town bus.

Had the joy of flying Spirit a few times recently. You hope the plane has engine trouble halfway there so you have a reason to get off that uncomfortable mf'er.

I feel bad for tall people on flights, but I have had a lot of movie screens blocked by lollipop headed tall individuals. Asking them to slouch down for 2hrs would be the same as them asking me not to recline.

There is no booking certain seats on southwest. Nor do you get to pick seats an hour or two before. You pick your seat when you board.

Every commercial plane I have ever been on the seat reclining had no affect on the tray table or legroom. The tray is mounted to the seat frame not the seat back.

I don't do it unless I see the person behind me has reclined.
My worst flight was when I flew four hours soaked in wine because the person in front flung back.
