Okay, I'll play fair and pick Davis, CA. Nice campus right in the heart of the town. Very laid back, safe, close to the coast, inexpensive, easy access to passenger trains, SF, lake Tahoe, and the mountains.

Honorable mentions: Burlington, San Luis Obispo, Boulder, and Chapel Hill.

I should also mention that the Pepperdine campus is pretty sweet. And it's sufficiently removed from the rest of LA that it isn't as LA as one might think.
