If you could sit down over a cup of coffee and ask someone an honest question

Who would you ask and what would the question be? Have you ever genuinely wanted to understand something and have wanted to have an honest discussion with someone? Not to argue or ridicule them, just to figure out why, how, what?
My cup of coffee question would be to a lesbian. Not any lesbian, particularly to one whose significant other has short hair and dresses like a 50 year old man. Several years ago some close friends of ours got a divorce because the wife suddenly found that she was attracted to an over weight woman that wore cargo shorts and a baseball cap. Our friend was an attractive woman, had two kids, a husband that loved her and provided well for the family. It shocked us all. It always is a bit strange to me when I'm in a restaurant or some place and see a very attractive girl with another woman that fits the "butchy" stereotype. If I were a lesbian, I'd want a "hot chick". Why would an attractive woman be attracted to someone that tries to look and act like a man, instead of a man? I've never been brave enough to pick out such a lesbian couple and offer to buy them coffee to ask such a question.
Feel free to share your own cup of coffee question or provide an answer to any of the ones posted.

Someone took a 2 foot long shite in the boys elementary bathroom sink when I was in high school (my high school was K - 12), and I need to know who it was. The only unsolved mystery from my time there. It was dark black with corn and nuts, and it lipped over each side of the sink. The staff felt too bad to ask the black janitor to clean it up, as we were an all white school, so the secretary went in with a paper bag and wooden spoon, and immediately projectile vomitted across the bathroom. I need to know who that Houdini was.

I flew Southwest this week and had a FA that I could not figure out if she was one of those you speak of with the short hair or was a guy who wanted to come across as a woman. My flight was last Monday and it is still bothering me that I could not figure it out.....lol

I can answer this question for you. My gf did the opposite of what you say. She was the pretty lesbian dating a butch type (more like an emo boy type), and I showed her the light.
It's not so much that they are attracted to the these girls, it's that they've been ruined somehow by a man in the past. They gravitate towards women for the emotional connection, they just don't want to deal with a man again. The butch girl has a male appearance, but the emotions of a female.
It's weird.

The dude who left Kate Beckinsale?
"WTF." You know you can't do better right? All the luck in the world and you may tie, but will never do better? Is she just crazy?"

I would have coffee with Stephen Hawking, only if he drank his from a crazy straw, and ask him why he didn't believe his mother when she told him if he kept making that face that it would get stuck like that

I'd like to sit down with Bob Barker and politely ask him to go into great, specific detail of all The Price is Right models he piped.

I would love to sit down and chat with Warren Buffett. I think he is pretty remarkable and I admire his willpower. When I watch interviews of him, I am just astounded by how down to Earth he seems.

Or why do lesbians that dress and act like dudes get offended if someone thinks they are a guy. Isn't that what you are going for? Don't tape down your boobs and dress like Justin Bieber if you don't want to be mistaken for a teenage boy.

You could just watch the game. We got our arse beat. I'm sure he'd say something similar just in more words.
