How long would it take for men to make the adjustment and not give a shite??

It would stop me for a day or two at most.

My wife doesn't wear make up 90% of the time.

I'm sorry you have poor taste in women.

Depends on the woman. The current ones that do this I wouldn't hit it anyway, but if it was say Jessica Simpson (since there was a WYHI thread last night), it wouldn't stop me in the least.

I’d be fine. But if my woman woke up in the morning and wanted to drink a beer, I’m out.

They’re coordinated enough. They just can’t be that loyal to each other. Some would break rank, and the competition would be back on.

Body hair has been associated with masculinity, so it would be an easy transition for some more than others...like the OP.

Makeup isn’t a big deal. My wife doesn’t wear much and generally only uses it when getting dressed up for a night out. Shaving the pits is a dealbreaker though. Something unnatural about cuddling up with Sasquatch.

Clearly, you have never seen her without makeup.
