What would the reaction be beyond a competing platform popping up?
Riots? All those Generation Z's who cultivated millions of followers doing useless shite would have an income stream that disappeared.
All their 'hard work' gone, vanished. The utility of their product..it's crazy what an extensive list of skills they are developing.

Everyone would just adopt Instagram Reels. I already have because I never got on TikTok. The influencers who can maintain their following through the crossover would probably be happy because it would mean they can just post everything to their Instagram. I don’t see why TikTok hasn’t been shut down already. The upset would last 2 seconds before everyone just goes to Instagram.
ETA: It’s all brain rot but it is what it is at this point. That dopamine hit, short attention span genie is already out the bottle.
