Let all these trashy arse people kill themselves. It is cheaper for us in the long run.

Why don't we limit vehicles to 30 mph? You wouldn't believe how many lives and how much money that would save.

It's not about e-cigs. It's about setting a precedent for future and current administrations to ban whatever they want. If they banned alcohol or hunting you'd lose your shite.

I don't think this is a ban as much as it is a move by the FDA to assert control over the e-cig industry, like it has with traditional tobacco. Companies will have to apply for FDA approval for the flavoring if they want to put them back on the shelves.

What point are you trying to make? The fact that we have speed limits at all supports my point.

When someone else's choices negatively affect others, something should be done. I don't agree with banning things, but maybe fatties and smokers should have to pay their own bills instead of increasing other people insurance rates.

If they want to expedite their death, they can go ahead, but I shouldn't be punished for it.

FWIW all I expect this to do is change the e-cig tech to make it not as bad for you. This is too popular for it to just go away.

Nope. It is just going to push it underground and create another black market. Which, in turn, will probably create more crime.

It is very easy to make vape juice. You can order everything you need to make it off the internet for around 100 dollars. I've made it myself before and it is literally like mixing ingredients to bake cookies. You just mix the VG, PG,nicotine, and flavoring from the recipe and boom, vape juice.

I will bite on the banning fruit flavored vape stuff when they start seriously discussing banning the sale of fruit flavored alcohol. I am not talking about mixed drinks, but the premade stuff you can buy now.

The problem isn't the fruit flavors, it is the non enforcement of the current laws.

That's the problem though.
At this point, we need some sort of junk food tax.

I agree. I'm for drug legalization as well. No one's business what someone puts in their body. Still hate junkies, but I'm about as anti authoritarian as they come.

There's a cost to society if the country is filled with a bunch of unhealthy fat people. Certainly within the government's domain to regulate stuff in the economic interest.
