If I Have To Sell My Tickets

I bought some tickets from Ticketmaster, the ones you print at home. Since I had to pay more for the tickets than the face value, if I end up having to sell the tickets, is it legal to sell them for what I paid, or do I have to sell them at face value?
Also, can I sell them through Ticketmaster or some other site?
Thanks for any replies.

StubHub or Ticketmaster resell site although they gouge you on fees.
Selling for more is no problem.

You can sell for over face value

yep, the closer to game time the likelihood of getting what you ask greatly diminishes though

Yes, you can sell them for your total price paid.
Go look on the ticket exchange. Lot's of people are selling tickets above face value so they can get back their TAF charges.

People always complain that it is illegal to scalp tickets, but it IS legal for websites to charge more than face value. I was simply making sure that it would be legal for me to be able to sell for more than face value to recoup exactly what I paid if I am not able to use the tickets. I am sorry that the question offended your delicate sensibilities.

No. I’ll pay face if it’s the Georgia game. You can’t legally do better

I have a cousin doing 18 months for scalping Disney on Ice tickets so be careful

Those who complain about scalper prices for bama will obviously happy to pay full face value for Nichols state or directional U, right?

You can sell them on craigslist, get somebody to paypal you the money, then transfer the tickets to them through ticketmaster. That will cut out all of the 3rd party fees. You just have to deal with craigslist folks.

Meh
I like letting the market decide what a game is worth. Get all you can for the Bama and Georgia games. Just don't be that dumbass who is selling tickets two days before a shite game with shite weather predicted and wanting to get face plus TAF fees.

Please show me where it’s illegal to scalp tickets
