Chick-Fil-A rules the chicken universe. No reason to worry about burgers.

Technically, CFA stores are not Franchises. Every store and its property is owned by corporate. They can dismiss an "operator" at any time, though this happens rarely.
Operator, once approved, only puts up $5,000. He and Corporate split the profits 50/50, though corporate sets prices and menu. This results in more hands-on management (I"ve never heard of the minimum hours required on-site by the operator previously posted).
Operator selection process is very selective. Favor is given to those that have worked successfully at CFA , which often means family members.
Customer loyalty is one of highest of any corporation across the country, not just in LA. Same for customer service .. and by service, we're not simply talking about getting the order correct and quickly, but politeness as in the typical employee response to any request "My Pleasure."
And they have a Batmobile at HQ. So there's that.

Besides the employees just being nice and not acting like they hate their job, what is the major difference? It feels so much better, morale and all, but why?
Everyone has Sunday off. Very rare in the retail/fast food/hospitality world unless your management
