Phillip Defranco did a few videos about this the past couple days. No doubt that they at the very least mentally and emotionally abusing that youngest kid. Some of the clips also show that some physical abuse might happen. There are videos of the dad pushing the kid into a shelf and of the dad slamming the kid's arm for touching his keyboard.
In the videos, Philly D put together a compilation of things they do to this kids from just a few videos.

All I know is that it's in a very crisp 60fps, which I'm very happy to have on my phone camera now S7Active. I had it on a digital camera a few years ago.
Makes for great videos of when your kids playing sports/moving fast/etc.(you can get great still shots from the video as well)

That is 100% emotional and physical abuse. That kid, Cody, will have some serious long term effects if this continues. He needs therapy and YouTube needs to shut that channel down.
Personally, I cannot stand CPS, although I know it really isn't their fault. The funding isn't there.

I DO consider it abuse. Absolutely.
Did you see to whom I responding? If he wants to call that situation abuse, and those folks abusers, then he should go to any Social Service window and see how the people he constantly defends, speak to their children. The language that is used, the physicality that is used is abuse. But HE ALWAYS defends them....It is disingenuous and sickening.

That woman screaming at the top of her lungs and throwing the f-bomb at her kid was all it took for me to know it was too far, and that was in the first few seconds of the "prank."

Apparently, it's all a blow-up over fake videos. And all Philip Defranco's fault for not doing research and interviewing them before he led a hate campaign against them (paraphrasing here).
Very likely true. I don't want to give them views but the way the video comes across, it still feels like an act.
It feels like they're trying to hit all the buttons to push down the anger at them.

-Someone did an interview with the biological mother - I'm the mother too!
-The videos are all fake (although they might have gone too far - gotta stay to see that admission)
-We'd win if we have to go to court (i assume regarding custody) - do we really need to put the children through that again?

For sure. What's really sad about the video in the OP is the kid saying "I swear to God I didn't do it". It's a damn shame when a little kid has to "swear to God".
