People talk about here about how easy attractive women have it in life but it seems they are the main target to sick criminals like this. And the only reason it became a huge national story is because the clickbait news sites could get people to click on the articles with the two blondes pictures.

was this guy ever mentioned in the reddit threads and/or other places you kept up with the story as a suspect?
I never once saw his name come up anywhere.
ETA: one of my buddies just called me to remind me that I had told him my guess was that it was someone who knew the victims, targeted a Kaylee, wasn’t a person mentioned on the web and I said he’d be arrested before Christmas.
my very original thought (like the first few days), was it had to do with one of the surviving victims, potentially that the killer felt the roommates were somehow in the way of their relationship or something.
Will be very interesting to see how he was tied, if it all, to the victims

I suppose dumping it after the murders would've raised alarms however.
I’m assuming he was back in Pennsylvania for the holidays. Seems like a good time to sell the car. He’s a couple of thousand miles from the murder scene, and it’s several months after the crime.
However, police also ramped up the search for Elantras in the past few weeks. Assuming he registered the vehicle in Pullman, he might have thought it would set off more alarm bells if he tried to unload it now. He might have felt safer having the vehicle 2,000 miles away for a few weeks.

119 Lamsden Drive seems to be in Effort PA, just a house, surounded by woods and other houses.
Wonder who owns that house?

Press Conference:
Idaho Supreme Court will limit how much can be released, especially since sealed affidavit will not be unsealed until suspect is back in Idaho custody.
Has apartment residence in Pullman
Has a public defendant at this time. Next court appearance is next Tuesday in Pennsylvania. If he denies extradition, could take some time to get him back, which would leave the affidavit sealed
Asking public to call tip line with any information on the suspect that could help investigators understand him, his travels, anything at all
Sounds like police believe he was the only one involved
They will be releasing information on his ties after the affidavit is unsealed

Presser is live. DA just said they can’t release any info until he’s physically in Idaho to be charged and at that time they can release the PC affidavit

Pretty sure the cops have been on this for a couple of weeks. They just kept it close.
Unpossible…I was led to believe that the local cops were incompetent fools because they didn’t let the internet sleuths know the inner workings of this case as it unfolded so that their pet hypothesis could be validated!

Appears to be owned by the suspect's father.

There are rumors out there, that he had 3 different Instagram accounts and followed all 3 of them, but none followed his accounts

Boston Strangler as well, buncha nurses
The nurses were killed by Richard Speck in Chicago.
They were all roommates in a big house. He rounded them up, and locked them all in one room. Then led them out on by one to kill them.
At least one survived by hiding in a closet or under a bed (I forgot the exact details). He lost count of his captives, and left survivors.

pretty sure that 4chan admins can see IP addresses and tend to ban people who use VPNs and/or proxies. would be crazy if this post was written by the guy arrested in PA

Not exactly true. The state SC enforces ethical rules, rules of ethics bar them from publicly discussing it at this time.
Just to clarify that the SC isn’t hearing it

Just finished watching the Cheif's presser from ID.
To me, it's pretty clear that they have kept information tighter than a fricking drum.
That tells me that this arrest indicates they prolly have a lead pipe cinch case for conviction.
I'll bet there is plenty of DNA evidence and logistical evidence that ties him directly to opportunity.
I'll bet they have documented evidence -computer records of communications, social media, picture files- and even profiling that tie him to motive.
As far as the weapon, who knows? But maybe they developed something along the lines of purchase history or ownership provenance that would be poignant enough circumstance to lead a jury to settle on likelihood of the weapon.
I just happen to think that all the chatter that the local guys and the LE operation as a whole was a clusterfrick will be proved way off base.
They have a prime suspect and he's is gonna burn.
Would not be able to keep from smiling if they string out his guts and then sic a pack of hungry dogs on him...

The guy has the right car in the area and overall has very few Instagram follows but 2 of the victims are on there. That's pretty fricking loud and clear to focus on him as a suspect.

IMHO-The psychological psychology will precede the education. Kind of like the pedohilia precedes the acquistion of the ice cream truck, lol. One does not just become a violent sociopath from being interested in crime, but a violent sociopath is almost certainly attracted to the ins and outs of crime, particularly if he is high IQ.
You could be right. It would fit the Hannibal Lectre type murderer.
