Drugs and/or alcohol
The four killed had definitely been partying. The girls had been at a downtown club and the couple at a on campus party before coming home. The food truck guy sad the girls were obviously intoxicated.

Why would they wait til noon to call the police? My guess is they were passed out.
6 people in the apartment (not including the killer or killers) and all were so blackout they couldn’t hear a stabbing murder much less 4? We know 2 were not blackout since they walked over a mile home with food roughly an hour before the killings.

I was talking about the two that survived. It was a three story home. They didn't have to be blacked out drunk to not wake up to the others being killed. Just be in a deep drunk sleep on a different floor with the doors closed.
Hell, if music was playing it would definitely drowned out alot of noise.
I feel like some of yall never drank and partied in college.

Ok. 3 story home makes it easier to believe the two living roommates didn’t hear anything if they were on the top floor shite faced.

It was a 6 bedroom house. The other two could have been on another floor and/or had their doors locked.

Not sure they walked home- where did you see that?

Yeah, I haven't seen that either. The food truck was downtown near the club they went to. So they could have left the club, got food, and drove/ubered home. Or got a ride from someone they knew.

A post some pages back with the footage of them at the food truck with the suspicious hoody guy. It stated they got their food and started walking in the direction of their place. It’s just over a mile so I assumed they walked it.

The killer may have killed the roommate and her BF earlier, waited while the other two girls got home, and then killed them once they passed out.

I think it was just saying they walked away and around a corner. I mean they could have walked home, but I kinda doubt it.
The high was 39 and low of 27 that day. I kinda doubt the two attractive girls walked over a mile home in freezing temps.

It seems like this guy might be the main suspect now. I don’t think they’ve located/identified him. He was interacting with them & waiting around while they order from the food truck and then left (in a different direction) when they left.
quote:
The girls appeared to walk towards the truck from the other side of the street and when they arrived, they were joined by a young, unidentified man.
He hung back as Kaylee ordered the food, then waited with the girls until they received the order.
At 1.53am, the girls walk away in one direction, leaving the young man speaking with others at the truck. He looked in their direction, surprised that they'd walked off, but then is seen walking around the corner, in a different direction to them.

Maybe, but not sure. I read the cops hadn't asked for any of the footage or talked to the food truck folks. Seems like this angle has just come from the media. So who knows.

Y’all make a frickton of assumptions without a lick of information that is solid. And then you’ll try to run with it throughout a whole thread like it’s a fact. Why do yall do this?

Are you new to the OT?

There is always so much BS, half-truths, and other stuff in a thread like this. Someone post something acting like it's a fact, and then for 20 pages it's repeated.

The video was filmed by the food truck operators - Grub Truckers - as part of a live stream from Saturday night in Moscow, Idaho.
Also this is fricking stupid.. why do you need a live feed of people at a food truck? If that guy isn’t a suspect, the actual suspect could’ve seen them leave on the video & tracked them down

Marketing?
If it's busy... hey look how awesome our food is
Not busy... no wait to eat our awesome food
Also... it's a food truck... help potential customers find where you are to come do business

- In the video the suspicious man eventually comes to the front of the line and talks to a fat guy in a jacket
- In the video is also a man with long hair who is friends with fat guy
- The long hair man commented on tiktok that the police interviewed him and the fat guy (who had interaction with suspicious man) - and neither of them know suspicious man it was a random interaction
It IS strange how he is behaving. I didn't see a beginning where he ARRIVES with the girls.
He seems to be in the background AWAY from them. Changes his hat direction. Puts his hood up. Doesn't mean he's guilty of anything but if you are looking at a video and are like "someone in this video is a MURDERER" bias will lead you to pick this man.
HOWEVER halfway through... he moves from the back of the crowd to the FRONT. And begins talking to fat guy. And he is animated and smiling and clearly talking loudly. And he is RIGHT behind the girls. They walk off. And fat man points at them walking off. And Suspicious man acknwoledges that but then walks off camera seeingly in a diagonally divergent path. Like in their general direction yes but actually putting space between him and the girls.
So the first half of the video he looks like a man stalking 2 girls and watching from a distance wanting to be not noticed. But then his behavior in the second half is literally the opposite. If he was a stalker or some way known to these women and trying to hide.... he is doing the very very opposite of it.
