For the most part these are solid employees and very few are underpaid.

It is going to be more interesting to see just how they fill these jobs regardless of rate of pay. 100% they cannot fill these job vacancies. No American is going to pick vegetables, work in slaughterhouses, lay bricks, nail shingles and the list goes on and on.
