Assuming that’s not the owner. How the frick would,you forget your pets on a boat? I must say though, I’d probably conveniently forget my dog on a boat in a hurricane a couple of times a day…ironically I think most of his problems are due to being hit by a car….DURING a hurricane. True story.

By the way, to people still there, DeSantis in the Tucker clip points out a very important fact: in Hurricane Irma, only seven people were killed by the hurricane itself, but once it passed another 77 people died due to things like electrical wiring or poisoning of water supply. So be careful out there even after it passes.
